Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Atlanta, GA. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer communication, processing orders, offering product information, handling complaints, and collaborating with different departments to enhance the customer experience. The representative will also be expected to uphold Dornbracht’s reputation for quality and professionalism in all interactions.
