Schedule:

Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
36 Guaranteed Hours per Week
Holiday coverage required

Pay Rate: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Job Summary:
MTK Healthcare is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week contract assignment at a long-term care facility in Gunnison, Colorado. The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care to residents while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity in accordance with facility policies and established care plans.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
Assist with mobility, transfers, feeding, bathing, and personal hygiene
Record patient information accurately in the EMR system (PointClickCare)
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver quality patient care

Requirements:

Active Colorado CNA Certification
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check required
Experience with PointClickCare EMR preferred
Reliable transportation required (no public transportation available in Gunnison)

Assignment Details:

13-week contract
36 guaranteed hours per week
Overtime available after 40 hours per week
No on-call requirements
