Associate Dentist – Mor Smiles Lititz, PA | Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week | $5,000–$10,000 Sign-On Bonus | High-Income Growth Opportunity

Mor Smiles is seeking an experienced, motivated, growth-oriented Associate Dentist to join our high-performing, owner-operated private practice in the heart of Lititz, Pennsylvania.

This is not a typical associate position.

We are looking for a dentist who wants to produce at a high level, continue advancing clinically, and significantly grow their income while practicing in an environment that provides the systems, technology, mentorship, team support, and patient base needed to succeed.

Exceptional Income Potential

This position offers significant earning potential for a motivated dentist.

Our current associate produced approximately $90,000 in his first month after joining the practice , demonstrating the opportunity available when a motivated doctor combines a strong patient base with the systems and support we provide.

This is not a low-volume or slow-growth associate position.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure

• 2–3+ years of clinical experience preferred
  
  
• Strong foundation in comprehensive general dentistry

• Comfortable diagnosing and presenting comprehensive treatment

• Implant, bone grafting, surgical, or advanced restorative experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent clinical judgment
