Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) – Lancaster, PA

American Dental Solutions is hiring a PA-licensed Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our well-established, patient-focused dental team in the Lancaster , PA area. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an EFDA who values stability, clinical quality, and a consistent schedule with no evenings and a guaranteed 3-day weekend every week.

About the Role:

In this role, you will support our experienced clinical team by delivering high-quality restorative care, assisting dentists chairside, and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the day. Our PPO/FFS practice offers a supportive environment, modern technology, and long-term career stability.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $28 – $30 per hour, based on experience and credentials

• Monthly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform EFDA duties including restorations, sealants, and impressions

• Assist dentists during clinical procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments

• Provide exceptional chairside communication and patient education

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) license

• 1 year of EFDA experience preferred

• X-ray Certification
