Retail Location Planning Manager

Overview As a Location Planning Manager, you will support LEGO Brand Retail Stores expansion worldwide, focusing on AMS and EMEA. The role involves strategic analysis, market research and cross‑functional collaboration to drive the expansion and optimization of LEGO’s global store network. Core Responsibilities Develop and maintain strategic network plans for AMS and EMEA using internal and external data. Align store expansion strategies with global goals and regional market dynamics. Provide accurate sales forecasts and transfer assumptions for new store and relocation business cases. Keep systems and data updated to ensure recommendations reflect current trends. Use GIS platforms, visualization tools and forecasting techniques to generate portfolio insights. Deliver clear presentations with actionable insights. Qualifications Experience in retail, FMCG, CPG or consulting with a focus on location planning. Proficiency in GIS tools such as QGIS, ArcGIS, Alteryx and Tableau. Strong analytical, statistical and spatial analysis skills. Knowledge of P&L, market dynamics and consumer trends. Ability to integrate, interpret and present data effectively. Strong organizational skills and self‑motivation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred: experience with SQL or Python coding. Compensation Salary range: $107,885.00 – $161,827.00, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks and organizational constraints.
