As a Talent Program Specialist within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, Downers Grove, IL or Denver, CO. Job Description Supports the development and delivery of programs for targeted talent segments using sound talent management principles. Responsible for stakeholder consultation, the creation and delivery of development & system resources, project and program measurement, and other deliverables that support talent programs. Maintains and executes projects, events, systems and deliverables related to talent programs. Assists program managers in determining development needs and objectives for various audiences. Recommends, designs, implements and/or evaluates program deliverables as assigned. Fosters effective relationships among the HR function, the management team, business units and external partners. Updates and analyzes program data to proactively make recommendations to management on areas of opportunity. Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $75,625.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
