Parking Garage Maintenance Technician

SP+ in Lakewood, OH is seeking a facility maintenance associate to support daily cleaning, safety checks, and customer interactions at the garage. You will follow checklists, perform light maintenance, and help keep entrances, exits and offices neat and safe. No prior maintenance experience is required; a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
