Family Medicine APP Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join our team at our Milford clinic in Milford, IL. Responsibilities Work with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse, and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting. Typical schedule Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, with the option for an 8am start. Possibility for in-office procedures. Broad scope of patients including mostly adults, roughly 10% pediatrics. Education and Experience Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant. Two years of clinical practice is preferred. Licensure and Certification Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure. Benefits and Compensation The compensation range for this position is $56.37-$73.29/hour. Carle Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for team members and providers.
