Lead Qualified Pre-K Teacher - $1,500 Sign On Bonus

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Qualified Pre‑K Teacher to join our growing preschool community! Our goal is to inspire curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child. As a Pre‑K Teacher , you’ll have the opportunity to: Create an engaging classroom where children can explore, question, and discover. Design hands‑on lessons that prepare students for kindergarten and beyond. Foster strong relationships with families through communication and collaboration. Support each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth. Requirements Must be at least 19 years of age and meet state licensing requirements. CDA OR at least 60 semester hours with 6 credits in Child Development, Child Care required OR AA degree OR Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education required Prior experience in a licensed childcare center. Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $1,500 paid in installments as follows: $1,000 after 90 days of employment and $500 after 6 months of employment.
