Want to open doors at the biggest banks, credit unions and FinTechs in the US, instead of working leads someone else handed you?

We're working with an enterprise credit and payments platform, backed by a global payments group, to hire a senior individual contributor to win new logos . This is a new account development role. You'll target institutions that aren't clients yet and get into the executive conversation before a formal buying process starts.

What you'll do

• Own a target list of around 200+ financial institutions, with deep focus on the top 40 strategic accounts
• Build account plans for each one: credit strategy, technology stack, incumbent processor, leadership and likely buying triggers
• Map the decision makers across credit, lending, payments, product, technology and operations
• Find more than one way in, whether through direct outreach, mutual connections, partners, advisors or industry events
• Watch for the moments that matter: platform migrations, contract renewals, leadership changes, M&A and new credit programmes
• Run highly personalised outreach that gets you real executive conversations, not just intro calls
• Hand opportunities to Sales ready to act on, with the stakeholders, trigger, incumbent and next step already set out

What you'll bring

• A track record in enterprise new business or strategic account development within financial services , such as fintech, payments, card processing, or banking or lending technology
• Proven success getting in front of senior executives at complex financial institutions
• A solid understanding of how banks, credit unions and fintechs evaluate major platform changes
• Strong CRM discipline, and comfort using relationship-intelligence and AI research tools

Strongly preferred: experience in card issuing, issuer processing, revolving credit, platform migrations or portfolio conversions
