A leading Industrial AI company is seeking a Senior Account Executive to support the growth of its AI-powered autonomous operations platform. The platform helps organizations across manufacturing, energy, mining, aerospace, defense, logistics, and supply chain improve operational performance, equipment reliability, safety, and decision-making.

Position Overview

The Senior Account Executive will drive new enterprise customer engagement and pipeline development. This is a net-new business development role requiring strong executive communication, outbound prospecting, relationship building, and enterprise technology sales experience.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior commercial leadership and the Office of the CEO on strategic accounts and customer initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop new enterprise sales opportunities through LinkedIn, email, industry events, referrals, and executive outreach.
• Build relationships with senior executives, business leaders, and operational stakeholders.
• Understand customer challenges and position AI-based solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Manage strategic customer communications, executive briefings, meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Leverage channel partnerships and go-to-market strategies to expand the sales pipeline.
• Present the company's AI platform, industry use cases, and value proposition to prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate account, customer, and pipeline information in Salesforce, HubSpot, and internal systems.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, partnerships, and leadership teams.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, executive-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of customer-facing experience in enterprise sales, business development, account management, consulting, customer success, or partnerships.
• Strong net-new business development and enterprise account hunting experience.
• Experience building relationships with senior executives and enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, coachable, and responsive.
• Strong interest in AI, enterprise technology, and industrial transformation.
• Experience selling AI, data, cloud, industrial, or supply-chain solutions is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with manufacturing, energy, mining, aerospace, defense, logistics, or supply-chain customers is preferred. xhyhwjd
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
