Quality Technician - Statesville, NC
Are you an experienced Quality Technician looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a consistent first-shift schedule? We are hiring in Statesville for a temp-to-hire Quality Technician position! This is not an entry-level quality position - previous Quality Technician / Quality Control experience is required. PAY $20+/hr - Based on Experience SCHEDULE Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-3:30 PM Saturday overtime as needed Consistent 1st-shift schedule Temp-to-hire opportunity
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Inspecting manufactured parts and products for quality and accuracy
- Identifying defects and ensuring products meet required specifications
- Using appropriate measuring and inspection tools
- Documenting inspection results and quality findings
- Following established quality standards and procedures
- Communicating quality concerns to production and leadership
- Supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED We are specifically looking for candidates with previous hands-on Quality Technician or manufacturing Quality Control experience. Ideal candidates will have experience with:
- Quality inspection in a manufacturing environment
- Precision measuring/inspection tools
- Reading specifications and identifying defects
- Quality documentation and reporting
- Working closely with production teams
- Maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail
Candidates without previous Quality Technician/Quality Control experience will not be considered for this particular opening.
