Are you an experienced Quality Technician looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a consistent first-shift schedule? We are hiring in Statesville for a temp-to-hire Quality Technician position! This is NOT an entry-level quality position — previous Quality Technician / Quality Control experience is required. PAY $20+/hr – Based on Experience SCHEDULE Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:30 PM Saturday overtime as needed WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Inspecting manufactured parts and products for quality and accuracy Identifying defects and ensuring products meet required specifications Using appropriate measuring and inspection tools Documenting inspection results and quality findings Following established quality standards and procedures Communicating quality concerns to production and leadership Supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment EXPERIENCE REQUIRED We are specifically looking for candidates with previous hands-on Quality Technician or manufacturing Quality Control experience. Ideal candidates will have experience with: Quality inspection in a manufacturing environment Precision measuring/inspection tools Reading specifications and identifying defects Quality documentation and reporting Working closely with production teams Maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail Candidates without previous Quality Technician/Quality Control experience will not be considered for this particular opening.
