The Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) at Speech Therapy Enhancement, Inc. plays a vital role in supporting licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to clients with communication disorders. This position focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans designed to improve speech, language, and communication skills under the supervision of a certified speech-language pathologist. The SLPA will work closely with clients of varying ages and abilities, assisting in therapy sessions, collecting data on client progress, and adapting activities to meet client needs.
