Pay Rate: $20.46 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders. Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entry points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with access requests and directing visitors to appropriate locations. Maintain a professional presence while supporting security-related operations in a fast-paced technology environment. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
