Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing guests, members, vendors, and employees at the front desk. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and following site-specific entry procedures. Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services. Monitor front desk communications, alarms, cameras, and other assigned systems, documenting observations and incidents according to established procedures. Minimum Requirements: Access Control/Badge Experience preferred. Customer Service Experience preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
