- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a financial institution location.
- Staff the front desk and manage visitor access by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining accurate visitor records, and directing guests appropriately.
- Monitor access points, reception-area activity, and applicable alarm or communication systems, reporting unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents, requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
- Maintain a professional front-desk presence, communicate clearly with building personnel, and document incidents and/or daily activities as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
