Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Fri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a financial institution location. Staff the front desk and manage visitor access by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining accurate visitor records, and directing guests appropriately. Monitor access points, reception-area activity, and applicable alarm or communication systems, reporting unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Maintain a professional front-desk presence, communicate clearly with building personnel, and document incidents and/or daily activities as required. Minimum Requirements At least one year of security-related experience is required. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
