Prepared Foods Team Leader

Caraluzzi's Markets is seeking a motivated and hard‑working individual to manage and lead culinary operations in our Prepared Foods department. Our kitchens produce restaurant‑quality entrees, appetizers, side dishes, rotisserie items and an extensive soup bar, along with a comprehensive holiday & party catering menu program. An Ideal Applicant Would Be Able To Lead associates by example Teach and motivate associates on proper recipe production methods Forecast customer needs and plan production accordingly Merchandise food so that it is visually appealing Interact frequently with customers and provide excellent customer service Maintain constant communications with associates and store team members Ensure safe food handling & safety guidelines are followed Minimum five years of applicable experience required with some management experience.
