Nesco Resource is looking for a 3rd shift production associate. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. Shift: Monday-Friday 10:30PM-6:30AM Pay: $19.50/Hour Position overview: Join a growing production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment! We are seeking dependable production associates who are motivated, eager to learn, and committed to producing quality products. Responsibilities: Perform fast-paced production and packaging duties Follow all food-safe good manufacturing practices (GMPs) Inspect, package, label, and prepare products for shipment Keep work areas clean and organized Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals Follow all company safety and quality standards Qualifications: Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance are required No English communication skills required for this position Ability to work in a hot production environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
