Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Overview We are seeking a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team and provide high‑quality respiratory care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Shift Information Full‑time 6:45am‑7:15pm 3-(12) hour shifts Every other weekend Holiday rotation Students 6 months from graduating an accredited Respiratory Therapy program are welcome to apply $10,000 Sign‑on Bonus Responsibilities Communicate with the healthcare team, document, handoff, and collaborate in patient care. Provide education and training about respiratory therapy treatments and procedures to patients, families, students, new employees, and the team. Maintain self‑accountability for continuous learning, feedback, and effective time management. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures per established standards, guidelines, and policies. Demonstrate advanced clinical skills including ECMO, mechanical ventilator support, bronchoscopies, sleep lab, labor and delivery, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, Basic Life Support (BLS), etc. Minimum Requirements Associate’s degree or COARC accredited program in Respiratory Therapy. No prior experience required. Licenses & Certifications: Basic Cardiovascular Life Support, Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT. Preferred Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
