Nutrition Counselor & Community Health Educator

La Clínica de La Raza

A community health center in Oakland is seeking a Nutrition Counselor to conduct nutrition screenings, implement care plans, and provide education to diverse patients. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in nutrition counseling and holds a current BLS certificate. An understanding of culturally appropriate meal planning and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
