Portal Operations & Customer Support Coordinator
Plano, TX 75024 (Onsite)
$20.00/hour – Paid Weekly
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract position with potential for extension or permanent hire
We're looking for a detail-oriented Portal Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to join a growing team in Plano! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving technical issues, managing user accounts, and providing excellent administrative support. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Manage portal enrollment, onboarding, and account setup for new users
- Configure and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Review onboarding documentation and physician delegation forms for accuracy
- Process account requests and maintain accurate user records
- Monitor and manage shared support email inboxes
- Provide first-level technical support for portal-related issues
- Troubleshoot login, navigation, and functionality concerns
- Escalate complex issues to IT and track resolutions
- Support customer onboarding through training calls and follow-up assistance
- Coordinate and schedule customer training sessions
- Educate users on portal features and best practices
- Update FAQs, training guides, and customer-facing documentation
- Assist with creating training materials and customer communications regarding portal updates
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, administrative support, or portal administration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
- Experience supporting customers with web-based applications or portals is preferred
- Experience coordinating onboarding or training is a plus
