Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make an impact supporting students’ growth and independence in a dynamic educational environment. A contract opportunity is available for a full-time Occupational Therapist with expertise in school-based services. Deliver essential support to students ranging from PreK through 12th grade, focusing on improving fine and gross motor skills, and helping students achieve their fullest potential inside and outside the classroom. Teletherapy and in-person roles may be available.

If you have experience working in school settings and are excited by the chance to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families, your skills are needed. There are 1-2 current openings, with the possibility for more as needs expand.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification (as required by state guidelines)
• Prior experience in school-based OT services across grades PreK-12
• Skilled in teletherapy, fine motor, and gross motor interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to a diverse caseload of students
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Document progress, collaborate with educational staff, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer both in-person and virtual interventions, depending on student need
• Educate teachers and families on incorporating therapeutic strategies into daily routines
• Adapt and modify classroom environments to support student participation
