Your work directly supports the QA team, auditors, and production stakeholders to maintain AS9100/ISO compliance. This is an onsite role on a 4/10 schedule (Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm) working primarily first shift.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform routine visual inspection of soldered connections and mechanical inspections of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies and subassembliesApply inspector process knowledge and standard procedures to execute routine tasks and acceptance/rejection reportingPrepare documentation for inspected and tested items and participate in corrective action follow-upsImplement and maintain technical quality assurance proceduresInspect wires and sensors using ring gauges, calipers, torque ranges, micrometers, and other measurement toolsSupport and participate in internal audits and AS9100/ISO compliance activitiesMaintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; be available for variable schedules, nights, weekends, or additional hours as necessaryHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleHigh school diploma1–2 years of relevant inspection or quality experienceExperience using gauges, calipers, torque ranges, filler gauges, lead partition gauges, and micrometersKnowledge of ISO 9001 and aerospace quality standards such as AS9100Experience completing First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102Ability to follow detailed job instructions and apply a systematic quality assurance approachSkilled at measuring and using test equipment and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and parts listsProficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Effective oral and written communication skillsHere's What Else Might Help You OutExperience with a wide range of inspection tools (height gauges, pin and block gauges, V-blocks, surface inspection tables, comparators)Experience creating First Article Inspection Reports to customer-specific requirementsExperience performing internal audits and recording resultsKnowledge of GD&T per ASME Y14.5Bilingual fluency in English and SpanishPay Range$18.14 - $22.68/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
