As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience—crafting exceptional coffee and beverage offerings while delivering warm, attentive service in a welcoming environment. You’ll play a key role in setting the tone for our resort’s high standards of hospitality. Become Part of Our Team and Enjoy: Paid Time Off for Full-Time employees Paid Sick Time for all employees Medical, Dental, Life and Vision Insurance for Full-Time Employees 401K with Employer Matching GO Hilton Team Member Travel Rewards Responsibilities: Greet and welcome all guests with a warm and inviting attitude Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages, customizing drinks as requested Assist with light food prep, plating, and serving Follow all food safety, sanitation, and production standards Operate the POS/register system, accurately handling cash and card payments Restock beverages and supplies, and assist with inventory as needed Clean and sanitize equipment, dishes, and work areas to maintain a safe and organized café Deliver outstanding customer service with each guest interaction Qualifications: Excellent communication and organizational skills Must have minimum of 1 year barista experience Previous food handling or prep experience a plus Must be dependable, team-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Woodbine Hospitality Group
