Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.Position ResponsibilitiesGuide a team of Tax Specialists, managing workflow, conducting check-in meetings, and promoting a positive work environment.Review tax department reporting and take on special projects as needed.Evaluate team member performance, providing regular coaching, career planning discussions and year-end reviews.Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the team.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.1+ year in a customer service setting.
