Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday — 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM (4-hour evening shifts)
Location: Farmersville, TX

Position Overview
First In Security is hiring a reliable, professional unarmed security officer for evening foot patrol at a residential community amenity area in Farmersville, TX. This is a nighttime post focused on visible presence, deterring trespassing and after-hours activity, and keeping the community's common areas secure. The right candidate is dependable, confident enforcing community rules, and comfortable patrolling on foot outdoors during evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular foot patrol of the clubhouse, pool, and amenity common areas
• Provide a visible, professional presence to deter trespassing and vandalism
• Enforce posted community rules and no-trespassing policies firmly and respectfully
• Monitor the property for safety concerns, disturbances, or policy violations
• De-escalate situations calmly and professionally
• Document incidents with clear, time-stamped reports and photos as needed
• Communicate with property management and dispatch as required

Requirements

• Active Texas DPS Security Officer license (required — Level II, Chapter 1702)
• Reliable availability for evening/late-night shifts — on time, every scheduled shift
• Reliable transportation; local to the Farmersville/Collin County area strongly preferred
• Able to patrol on foot and stay alert through a 4-hour shift
• Comfortable working outdoors during evening hours in varying weather
• Professional appearance, strong communication, courteous with residents
• Prior security or customer-facing experience preferred
