Job Summary

The Dock Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all dock operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely loading and unloading of freight. This role leads dock personnel, enforces safety and quality standards, coordinates with carriers and internal teams, and ensures daily productivity targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

• Supervise daily dock operations including inbound freight activities

• Assign dock doors, labor, and equipment to meet receiving schedules

• Monitor workflow to maximize productivity and minimize delays or congestion

• Ensure accurate staging, labeling, and documentation of freight

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

• 1-2 years warehouse experience

• Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS

Schedule

8:00 AM – 5PM Monday – Friday
