Legal Assistant/Paralegal for a fast-paced, team-oriented insurance defense firm in Haddon Heights NJ. We are seeking an experienced, full time legal assistant/paralegal with medical malpractice experience. Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, navigating eCourts, experience with records requests, keeping a diary and be able to multitask. Knowledge of Worldox would also be a plus. Proficient typing and transcription skills are a necessity. Must be able to manage scheduling for multiple attorneys, have pleasant and professional phone etiquette and be detail oriented.
