Key Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Coordinate background checks and drug screenings to ensure compliance.
• Transfer and validate employee data from ADP to Paylocity.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related administrative role preferred.
• Experience with ADP, Paylocity, or other HRIS/payroll systems is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
