Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianPay: $18-23Schedule: Full-Time 1st & 2nd shiftLocation: Claremore, OkSummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement of equipment and systems in a manufacturing environment. This role supports production by maintaining equipment uptime through preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Primary DutiesPerform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, tools, and facility systemsDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issuesRespond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform effective troubleshootingMaintain accurate maintenance and repair recordsCollaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve performanceEnsure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policiesAssist with spare parts inventory and order necessary suppliesSupport facility maintenance including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and structural repairsQualificationsStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, including motors, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxesProficient in electrical systems, including reading schematics and wiring diagramsAbility to safely operate hand and power toolsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or on-call as neededReliable and team-orientedEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredTechnical or trade school training preferredMinimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience using manual machine shop tools for fabrication and repairPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to work in elevated or confined spacesFrequent standing, walking, bending, and climbingRegular use of hands for tools and equipmentComfortable working in environments with noise, dust, and varying temperaturesTRINITY EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERSee the great things people are saying by checking out our Google reviews, along with our Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter.
