Kelly is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work at a leading organization in Carlsbad, CA.

Pay Rate: $30.00/hour

Hours: M F 8am 5pm

What's a typical day as Sales Assistant I? You'll be:

• Using generated leads to connect with customers and sell products nearing end of shelf life.
• Selling discounted materials before expiration.
• Negotiating within set guidelines to successfully close sales.
• Engaging in active, direct sales outreach
• Maintaining a creative and resilient approach while interacting with customer accounts.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 1-2 years of sales experience in with phone and/or door-to-door outreach (required).
• Are experienced in using leads for sales outreach (required)
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Motivated, creative and resilient.
• Have a science background (beneficial but not required).
• Hold a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
