Position Overview: As a Manufacturing Packager / Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production, packaging, inspection, and quality assurance of medical devices. Working within a clean room and adhering to strict GMP, safety, and PPE protocols, you will ensure products meet quality standards and are produced efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Operate packaging machinery to seal, label, and prepare products for shipment according to detailed specifications. Clean, disassemble, reassemble, and maintain production equipment and glassware. Load and unload materials, parts, and components, ensuring proper handling and documentation. Perform specialized operations such as cleaning, masking, texturing, grit/micro-blasting, and etching as per blueprints and procedures. Measure, weigh, and document material usage accurately, maintaining precise production records. Conduct comprehensive visual inspections and quality checks, reporting any issues or deviations immediately. Keep workstations organized, stocked, and maintained in compliance with cleanliness and safety standards. Follow all GMP, clean room protocols, PPE guidelines, and work instructions diligently. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, medical device production, or clean room environment preferred. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks while remaining focused. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a regulated environment. Comfortable wearing PPE and working with process chemicals. Proficient in reading and communicating in English with the ability to follow written procedures and quality standards. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably.
