Job Description

  • Specialty:
    • Hospitalist (Nocturnist)
    • Will take NP or PA
  • Coverage Needs :
    • Need ASAP - Ongoing
    • 7 on - 7 off
  • Shifts:
    • 7p-7a
  • Setting:
    • Open ICU model
    • Will need to manage ICU patients
    • 49 licensed beds; 6 ICU beds
    • Will have Supervising Physician
  • Census:
    • Avg 22
    • 2-4 admits per day
  • Procedures:
    • All cross coverage, admits, codes and rapids during the night
  • EMR:
    • EPIC w/ Dragon
  • Board Certification:
    • BC/BERequired
  • Travel:
    • Hospital will cover
  • Credentialing timeline:
    • Can fast track for ASAPstart
  • Requirements:
    • Active MIstate license or compact license
    • Active DEA in MIor willing to transfer
    • ACLS, BLS
    • Looking for MI based candidates only
