Job Description As a Security Officer Property Patrol in Bondurant, IA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and respond professionally to site needs. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $18.80 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thu 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of technology-focused facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report access-related concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying designated contacts. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements CPR certification is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
