The ideal candidate is socially inclined, a strong communicator, detailed, quick, motivational, and highly organized. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage consistent change, and the skills to inspire teams to deliver high-quality work. Successful managers combine empathy and reliability with strong organizational discipline, ensuring customers receive extraordinary care during their time of need. Outcomes Lead mitigation team to meet or exceed NPS (>70) and Scorecard (>73) compliance targets. Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and meet Paul Davis and industry standards – compliance >90%. Coordinate team performance to achieve profitability goals. Responsibilities Lead mitigation crews performing water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/removal. Direct daily team huddles to ensure crews are prepared with clear priorities, equipment, and resources. Meet with clients and adjusters on-site to resolve issues and provide professional guidance. Re-inspect job sites for quality control and ensure compliance with Paul Davis and industry specifications. Deliver excellent customer service with empathy, urgency, and professionalism. Foster collaboration across departments and support other team members as needed. Ensure clean, organized, and properly stocked trucks and equipment are maintained at all times. Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as required. Represent the Paul Davis brand with professionalism, integrity, and leadership. Qualifications Socially inclined leader with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Strong communication and listening skills; able to engage effectively with staff, customers, and partners. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Quick decision-maker with the ability to adapt to and lead through consistent change. Commitment to customer service with empathy and urgency. Positive, team-oriented attitude; dependable and resilient under pressure. Ability to lead individuals from diverse backgrounds. Fluent in English; valid driver’s license with clean record. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
