Senior Data Analytics

We are seeking a Data Science Manager to drive marketing performance through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven insights. This role will partner with Marketing, Data Engineering, and cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, build predictive models, optimize digital campaigns, and improve customer acquisition and ROI across paid media channels. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI . Develop predictive models for lead scoring, customer segmentation, propensity, and customer lifetime value (CLV). Analyze marketing performance across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, and GA4 . Collaborate with Data Engineering to support data pipelines, model deployment, and reporting. Optimize campaign performance through data-driven recommendations, attribution analysis, and A/B testing. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 6–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or media performance analytics. Hands‑on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI . Strong experience with Python or R , SQL , predictive modeling, and data visualization. Experience with GA4 , Google Ads , Facebook/Meta Ads , and marketing attribution. Knowledge of Snowflake , BigQuery , Databricks , or similar cloud data platforms.
