Operations Manager

Immaculate Custom Cleaning, Inc. is looking for a proactive, high-level Operations Manager who takes ownership, moves with purpose, and holds themselves to an exceptional standard. We’re looking for someone who sees what needs to be done, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and follows through until the job is truly done.
As Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping a growing residential, commercial, and home services company running at a high level. You’ll bring structure to daily operations , coordinate people and priorities , strengthen systems , solve problems before they grow, and help build the operational foundation needed for continued growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
$80,000–$90,000 annual salary (based on experience)
Company vehicle
2 weeks paid vacation after a successful 6-month review
