NOW HIRING: Regional Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Director of Operations to oversee the operational performance of multiple skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, long-term care, and multi-site leadership , with the ability to develop teams, improve facility performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to facility administrators and management teams.

• Monitor operational, financial, staffing, quality, and regulatory performance.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve census, profitability, efficiency, and quality outcomes.

• Ensure facilities maintain compliance with federal, state, and company requirements.

• Partner with clinical, HR, finance, and other departments to achieve organizational goals.

• Identify operational challenges and develop effective action plans.

• Conduct regular facility visits, audits, and performance reviews.

• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain strong leadership teams.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners.

• Support new initiatives, process improvements, and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• 5+ years of healthcare or long-term care leadership experience.

• Experience overseeing multiple skilled nursing or senior care facilities strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and long-term care operations.

• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, staffing, census, quality, and financial performance.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to travel regularly between facilities.

• Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license preferred, where applicable.
