Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Texas Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
Productivity expectation: ability to meet approximately 60 visits per week and see 12–14 patients per day; experience with double-booking follow-up visits preferred.
Ability to work a guaranteed 36 hours with expectation to work up to 40 hours; overtime must be approved by the director prior to being worked.
Willingness to float to other clinics as needed.
New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered. (Preferred: prior travel experience.)

Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
Shift Name: Days.
Primary Rate Type: 8-hr day.
Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
Productivity expectation: approximately 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day.
Overtime requires director approval before working OT hours.
Local candidates within 50 miles will be considered at the local rate.
