Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred.
Experience with treatment planning, restorative nursing programs, and documentation for Medicare/long-term care preferred.
Ability to manage a caseload in an outpatient or SNF environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
Meal Break: 30 minutes.
Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility units as needed.
