Hybrid Claims Service Specialist

Virginia Farm Bureau Family of Companies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle windshield claims, manage rental cars, dispatch claims, and maintain drive-in appointment schedules. The role is based in our West Creek Office in Richmond, VA, with a hybrid schedule after training.
