Summary
Enter data into a specialized database, ensuring information is entered accurately and correctly. Adaptability and attention to detail are crucial. Work independently in an office setting, communicating with managers, staff and others regarding accuracy of information and details needed to complete reports.
Essential Job Functions
- Review data for completeness and accuracy
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files for database system
- Compile, sort and correct data to be entered in spreadsheets and databases
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Maintain accurate and organized database records
- Update existing data
Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Knowledge of computer database systems
- Experience working with electronic filing records
- Clear background checks
