We are recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organizationDental Assistant III (Lead/Clinic Coordinator) – Sea Mar Community Health CentersSea Mar is seeking a Dental Assistant III / Lead Dental Assistant to support dental providers and assist with clinic coordination, staff training, patient flow, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance. This role includes leadership responsibilities and ensures exceptional patient experience and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry across a full range of dental proceduresLead and support back-office staff training, scheduling, and workflowOversee patient flow, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure excellent customer serviceMaintain sterilization, OSHA compliance, and equipment maintenanceManage supply inventory, ordering, and emergency kit logsSupport insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and patient treatment planningAssist supervisors with policy implementation, performance monitoring, and quality improvementQualificationsDental Assistant Registration with Washington State DOH requiredCompletion of formal Dental Assistant program or 3+ years experienceMinimum 2 years dental assisting experience (or 3+ years without formal training)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsBLS CPR required within 90 days of hire; TB testing annuallyBilingual English/Spanish preferredSea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.Starting Wage: $25.27 per hourWork Schedule: Monday – FridayHourly - Hourly Plan, 25.27 USD HourlyWhat We Offer:Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
