Production Associate

Celina Aluminum Precision Technology (CAPT) is looking for qualified Production Associates to join our team! At first glance, one might not fully appreciate the significance of CAPT’s products. By mastering the art of melting, casting, and machining aluminum, CAPT’s manufacturing processes result in the highest quality aluminum products. These products become part of legendary Honda automobile engines – engines known for efficient operation, reduced friction, higher output, and enhanced gas mileage. CAPT has also solidified their place as a supplier in the Electric Vehicle market through our chassis parts business enhancements. Production Associate Responsibilities Maintaining a safe and productive work environment Assembling or Casting components in a production environment Follow standard operating procedures and problem-solving safety, quality, cost and/ or delivery items. Requirements Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be available to work 2nd/3rd shift. Must have consistent and reliable work history (in a manufacturing environment is a plus) Ensure quality throughout the production process. Ability to solve problems in a manufacturing environment. Available to work overtime on weekdays/weekends as needed. Ability to push-pull up to 50lbs, perform repetitive lifting/actions, continuous bending. Must be able to work in non/climate-controlled environment during warmer months.
