Operations Manager The operational leader who drives efficiency, coordinates cross-functional workflows, and ensures seamless day-to-day performance across our accounting and advisory services. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, telecommute position. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. Responsibilities & Duties Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage day-to-day operations, including production planning, workflow management, and resource allocation Oversee and coordinate business functions using UltraTax, Practice CS, and HubSpot software to support efficiency and integration across departments Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards Apply Lean principles and best practices to improve processes and enhance overall operational performance Direct comprehensive production planning and oversee and enhance the department's operational efficiency, quality control, and operational management Foster effective communication and collaboration within the financial accounting and advisory team Request and track the fulfillment of any missing documents or information from clients, maintaining accurate records of outstanding items Prepare financial reports related to operational performance and resource utilization Schedule and facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project statuses, deadlines, and any arising issues Maintain a well organized filing system, both digital and physical, for easy access to client and project documents Monitor financial project timelines and deadlines, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues Play a pivotal role in policy and procedure development, contributing to organizational growth and effectiveness of our accounting and advisory services Requirements Background Job Requirements for the Operations Manager include: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field One (1) year related experience required Position Details Salary $53,435.00 PER YEAR Hours 40 hours per week (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) Location Headquartered in Dallas, TX - Telecommute Position Type Full-Time Date of posting: 03/05/2026 Mail Resumes To: L&H CPAs and Advisors LLC d/b/a L&H CPAs and Advisors 10000 N.
