Developmental Pediatrician

Role: Developmental Pediatrician or Section Chief leading a growing Child Development Clinic, supporting regional and statewide neurodevelopmental care expansion. Responsibilities: Join a multidisciplinary team including pediatric specialists, nurses, therapists, and educators to evaluate, diagnose, and manage conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, NICU follow-up, and complex neurodevelopmental issues. As Section Chief, provide strategic leadership, oversee program growth, improve clinical operations, mentor staff and faculty, foster community partnerships, and advance quality improvement and research initiatives. Qualifications: ABMS Board Certification in Pediatrics, fellowship in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities or Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics, and at least 5 years of leadership experience for the Section Chief role. Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills are essential. Passion for family-centered care is required.
