Registered Nurse

The position requires an RN specializing in psychiatry. The role involves working with a dedicated psychiatric unit. This unit has a capacity of 33 beds. Patient ratios are typically 1:10. Experience in geriatric and adult behavioral health is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong de-escalation skills and effective communication abilities. Common diagnoses and treatments within this setting will be encountered. The role is focused on providing compassionate care to the psychiatric population.
