About the Company

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of personal injury defense experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is looking to work on sophisticated litigation matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

About the Role

Handle all aspects of personal injury defense litigation from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Manage case files independently while collaborating with partners and support staff
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts
• Develop case strategy and evaluate liability and damages exposure
• Participate in trial preparation and trial work as needed

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
• 3–5 years of experience in personal injury defense litigation

Required Skills

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and caseloads effectively
• Trial experience is a plus
